Pointe Perfection was founded by mother daughter duo Cynthia and Maxime in 2013.

Maxime took ballet classes in Swindon for 23 years bringing her and her Mum vast experience in the dance world. Together, they also have an extensive background in retail and administration and have been highly trained in customer service.

The pair attended a pointe shoe fitting course with Ballet Pro (formerly GrishkoUK) before opening the shop and received further guidance from brands Capezio and Freed Of London. Most of their knowledge however has been gained from experiencing and troubleshooting in person fittings over the past 8 years.

Over recent years Cynthia has taken a back seat with the shop whilst Maxime is still very much the face of the brand. She is known for her friendly and personal approach, taking care to get to know each customer so she is able to fit their needs precisely which is reflected in the loyal customer base Pointe Perfection has built up.
